Mr. Maged Ghali, P.Eng. and CEO of MGA Engineering Inc., is pleased to announce a strategic commercial partnership with Mobina SA de C.V., to pursue infrastructure and commercial development projects in Mexico. “This partnership”, said Mr. Ghali, “will enable MGA to establish a strong foothold in the Mexican market and bring MGA’s experience on its American Dream Meadowlands project to the region, beginning with Mazatlán, in the state of Sinaloa”. Mr. Seyed Mohsen Mousavi, CEO of Mobina SA de C.V., echoed the sentiment enthusiastically: “With MGA’s stellar reputation in the engineering and project fields, Mobina feels highly confident that its portfolio of development projects in real estate, resorts & hotels, and large, multipurpose commercial centers will rapidly broaden the building market, especially at the top end of the spectrum, in Mazatlán and beyond”. The agreement will see Mobina take the lead in the development role, while MGA will focus on concept development, design, engineering, and modular construction strategies. MGA will operate locally as well in an office located within Mobina’s corporate headquarters in Mazatlán.
